Dedicated Sportsman

Application Form for Dedicated Sportsman Status from SABU

Requirements for application / Accompanying documents:

1. Application form with proper motivation (download above)
2. Proficiency Certificate complying to Unit Standards for Use of a Rifle
   (NOT ONLY Knowledge of the Firearms Act !)
3. Letter from club to confirm paid up status for current year
4. Scores / Proof of attendance for past 12 months (you need 6 points to apply)
5. Copy of Identity Document
6. Copy of a valid firearm licence
7. Competency certificate (if available)
8. Bona fide sportsman certificate under previous Act (if available)
9. R50 Admin Fee
10. Submit to Secretary of the WPBA for processing
